The issue also documented the homily given by Rev. Msgr. Sabino Azurin Vengco, Jr., H.P. (San Jose) who represented both KAKATHA and the Kadiwa sa Pagkapari Foundation, Inc. for old and sick priests. These were followed by pictures of the celebration and by the end of the issue, the thanksgiving message of Fr. Nick.

In tackling on this issue, Sem. Kendrick Ivan B. Panganiban, Research and Publication Director for Catholic Hagonoeño said: "Fr. Nick has reached a moment in his life where he would have seemed “forgotten” by those he served. In God's grace, he has felt the love of the Lord especially during the celebration of his Diamond Golden Jubilee for 60 years of frutiful service. The celebration, done at the Parish of St. Michael the Archangel in Bacoor, Cavite last June 7, 2013 was a sign of continuous love for this priest who has given God's grace for years." Truly this has been a landmark moment for those who have been with Fr. Nick in his lifetime and for which they experienced God in his service for the Church. KAKATHA News Admin.
