He also mentioned the value of the devotion of the people to their dear patroness, Apo Elena, who by an increase of pilgrims visiting her shrine yearly is an event of great admiration. He wishes that Apo Elena may continue to help the people of Sta. Elena, especially in moments of crisis and tribulations. Towards the climax of the celebration, the people gathered in order to perform the ceremonial offering of flowers to the dear patroness and was crowned by the Hermanos Mayores of the 2014 Fiesta, Mr. and Mrs. Renato and Rosario Mendiola (for Apo Elena) and Mrs. Sol Liwanag (for the Holy Cross)

They ask the faithful together in the celebration to pray for their priest-son as well as all Hagonoeño priests wherever they may be. In conclusion, Fr.
