Hagonoeño Golden Jubilarian commemorated at Malolos 2012 Chrism Mass

the Golden Jubilarian for this year received
a plaque of recognition from Most Rev. Jose
F. Oliveros, D.D., Bishop of Malolos.

 MALOLOS CITY - On April 5, Maundy Thursday, the Diocesan clergy of Malolos met at the diocesan Cathedral for the annual Chrism Mass. The said celebration was presided over by the Most. Rev. Jose F. Oliveros, D.D., Bishop of Malolos. During the mass, Rev. Fr. Alberto R. Suatengco, Episcopal Vicar for the Clergy announced the giving of special awards to priests who have celebrated and will be celebrating their sacerdotal anniversaries. A special plaque of appreciation has been given to Rev. Fr. Vicente Amado Bernardo Manlapig (Sta. Monica) by the bishop for his years of service as one of the pioneer priests of the Diocese. 

      Fr. Manlapig is the parish priest of Our Lady of the Holy Rosary in Maysan, City of Valenzuela. He will be celebrating his 50th year as a priest of Our Lord Jesus Christ on December 22 making him a Golden Jubilarian within the Golden Jubilee of the Diocese of Malolos. Together with him, the other jubilarians celebrating their sacerdotal anniversaries are Rev. Fr. Dario V. Cabral, Chairman of the Diocesan Commission on Social Communications and Rev. Fr. Reynaldo V.
